Just bring your full attention inward. Allow your body to fully settle and rest. Allow your speech and breathe to settle and rest. Allow your mind to settle and rest. (30 sec)
Bring your attention to your heart, particularly the openness of the heart. From that place of openness, feel the presence of Tapihritsa in the sky in front of you. Clear, luminous being surrounded be a rainbow, whose essence is our own nature of mind. But he manifested to protect us, to guide us and to help us. Particularly those who see and those who are connected, feel his presence. Tapihritsa represents the union of all the Masters of the past, present and future. Particularly Tapihritsa represents one's own Root Master. (30 sec)
Naturally, try to feel the connection, when we pray from that connection: «Please help me, help us to purify all our karma, afflictions, our pain, conflict, challenges, to help us recognize our own true nature and to discover all of our potential qualities for the welfare of oneself and others. Help me, help us, to help others».
Gradually, imagine from Tapihritsa comes like a rain, like a white rain, milky water, enters into your crown. Like taking a shower, pure nectar comes down and enters through all your body. Every part of your body are cleaned — organs, cells, everything. This water is coming as if you were taking a shower. Continuously it coming down and purifying. Feel that, imagine that. Particularly in areas where you feel numb, pain, blocked or sick. Continue; take time. Like taking a shower, but an internal shower, which cleaning the inner dimension of the body. (30 sec)
And if there are any specific, particular things that you feel that you need to purify, you bring it to your consciousness and to your awareness and let these through the water purify. Or you ask Tapihritsa to help purify that; a personal, internal communication.
And, gradually, just be aware and feel that the body is, like after a good shower, feeling internally clean, purified, and fresh. And it's ready to be perfected with blessings of the body, speech, and mind. We pronounce, singing the «A»; three times. As you sing «A», imagine from the forehead of Tapihritsa with an «A» white light, comes directly into your forehead; and you receive all the empowerment of the body. You feel the connection of your body, the connection with your body, the transmission of the body.

Now, as we sing the «OM» from the throat of Tapihritsa, a red «OM», red light, directly coming to your throat, and you receive all the empowerment of the speech.

Now, as we sing the syllable «HUNG», imagine the blue «HUNG» from the heart of Tapihritsa, to your heart, directly to your heart, with a beam of blue light. You receive all the empowerment of mind. Feel the heart connection and heart blessings.

Just continuously feel the beam of blue light; the blessings from the heart continuously coming. (30 sec)
Gradually, Tapihritsa dissolves into the light; and the light dissolves into your crown. All the light is also in you, just become one essence or unified fully with the essence of Tapihritsa. No separation, no difference. That sense of oneness; who you are is Tapihritsa. Rest in that for a moment. (3 Min)

You are the radiance of the heart of Kuntu Zangpo,
Your body appears like a white, shining crystal,
Clear and without impurities, it spreads light rays in the ten directions.
You are naked, without any jewelry as a sign of the innermost essence, the original state.
Endowed with the dual wisdom of emptiness and helpful resources, your contemplation is compassionate to the well-being of the beings.
You are the embodiment of Dzogchen, the Great Perfection, the highest of all teachings,
The Essence of awareness of the realized, the top of the way to realization, the heart of the Tantras, the basic scriptures and the secret instructions.
You show the natural state, the base, which is self-evident, free of deception, of Samsara, and of liberation, Nirvana,
And all the defects and virtues of sound, light and rays will become clearly visible.
After you have completely dispelled the darkness from the mind of beings,
Do you enable us to experience the base as empty and without roots, and at the same time realize all levels of the path,
Experience and realization manifest and Samsara and Nirvana free themselves into the mind's own nature.
This space shows the three dimensions of the fruit.
With single-minded devotion I pray to you, Tapihritsa,
Protector of the creatures.
Grant me and the other beings the blessing of empowerment.
May the external, internal and secret obstacles be soothed.
And may the error of grasping for the self, that is, ignorance, be liberated.
Once self-awareness is recognized, vision and behavior may be fully realized.
Please give me that great understanding right now, beyond the intellect,
The original base, empty and without roots.
To you Tapihritsa, exalted protector of the beings, I pray:
May the beings of the six realms be protected by your compassion and may my mind be freed!
