Before you perform the following Sadhana in text and sound as a meditation, here follows first a video that shows in text and sound how the practice is performed. In the video the Tibetan lyrics are burned in (to sing along), in addition there are English subtitles.
Bring your attention to the middle of your body where the three channels are. These are more open. Be aware of this openness and continue to focus your attention on this openness.
Below the navel to the crown, this part of your body is more open and shining. Be aware that this is like a being of light. (45 Sek)
I prostrate to the Vidyādhara and Dakini.
In order to practice the Siddhis and mental conduct of the Dakinis,
The wheel of the feast of the illusory body is turned.
Begin by going to a fearful place and taming the land.
The yogi who realizes the equality of Samsara and Nirvana
Sings the song and dances the dance of playful primordial wisdom.
Together with the sounds of the drum and bell,
The inseparability of method and wisdom,
The yogi chants the following words which spontaneously emerge from the state of selflessness:
Here we begin the practice with the «Performing the dance of the non-dual view». Sitting down, we practice understanding that deities and demons are mere creations of our mind, so there is no reason to fear them. Supported by this understanding, combined with our own power and energy, we blow a Kangling (thighbone trumpet) to summon all the spirits and invite them to the feast. With the help of the Damaru and the bell, we dance in the state of non-duality of emptiness on the head from demon of the pursuit of our mistaken belief in an existing identity or one self.
Even though so-called gods and demons appear here
DI NA LHA TANG DRÉ ZHÉ NANG WA YANG
They were never separated from the vastness of the Great Mother’s Bhaga
YUM CHEN BA GÉ LONG NÉ ZHEN MA GYÉ
The unceasing dynamic energy of the base which transforms into the dance of natural appearance
ZHI TSEL GAK MÉ RANG NANG GAR GYUR WÉ
Disappears into the state of non-dual primordial wisdom.

Dancing upon the heads of these wild demons of dualistic-grasping,
NYI DZIN DRÉ GÖ GO LA DRO ZHIK DUNG
I break to bits the aggregates of the ghost of self-grasping

A dance of illusion, lacking any true existence, is performed in the sky.

Through a lion-roar of emptiness this yogi

Shatters the skulls of male and female foxspirits and Gyel and Gong demons.

(The Gyal and Gong are among the eight classes of disabling ghosts. They are like the foxes, though not in appearance, but their minds are weak, so they are easily intimidated. So the mind of the yogi scares them like a lion a fox.)
Satrig Ersang
At the Refuge, we take refuge in the Great Mother Satrik Ersang, the emptiness from which everything arises, and ask her to embrace all sentient beings with their protection.
O Mother Satrik, you are the uncontrived base, the great emptiness.

Kalzang Ma
In performing the main part of the practice, the Offering of the body, we eject the sound PHAT and bring our consciousness up through the central channel to the crown chakra. With a second PHAT our consciousness is brought to the red-orange Khandro Kalzang Ma, standing in the dance posture and adorned with bone ornaments. Our former body becomes a corpse. As Kalzang Ma, we offer this corpse representing our ego in two festivals or banquets, a white feast and a red feast.
My unborn mind casts aside this body and self-grasping,

And is expelled into the sky through the path of the central channel. TSA Ü MÉ LAM NÉ KHA LÉ TON

I arise as Kalzang Ma, destroyer of the Maras of the afflictions,

Dancing and with by body adorned by six multicolored ornaments.

PHAT
(The six ornaments are: a five-skull diadem, earrings, necklace, bracelets and anklets, sash and waistband, all made of bones and skulls.)
Beginning with the White Feast, as Kalzang Ma, we separate the skull with the curved knife in the right hand, chop the corps to pieces and place the flesh, blood and bones inside the skull, which becomes a cauldron (Kapala). A short A, red in color, emanates from our heart, from which a fire arises. Externally, the fire melts all the elements of the physical body that becomes nectar. Internally, as Khandro, we have the feeling that the fire from the red A melts the upturned white HAM that is at the top of our head. The resulting melted nectar fills heaven and earth. Now we bring this offer to the four types of guests. These guests are the jewels of refuge (enlightened beings), the secular protectors, the eight classes of disabling spirits, and the beings of the six realms of existence. Having pleased the enlightened beings with it, we complete the two accumulations of merit and wisdom; the pleased protectors keep their promises to protect the teachings and their practitioners; the satisfied disabling spirits are pacified and the debts that we had to all beings of the six domains have been repaid.
With the curved knife in my right hand, I liberate the Maras of my aggregates.
YÉ DRI GUG GI PUNG PO DU PO DREL
I cut off the head of my Mara of pride. The severed skull

No one should be excluded and therefore there is also a Red Feast. We pull the skin off and stack the meat, bones, internal organs and blood of the corpse on them. This banquet is for the other carnivorous guests (usually among the third and fourth types of guests) who are said to arrive on a corpse as vultures. Although they are also invited to the White Feast, these guests prefer the reds, where they eat the meat, drink the blood, chew the bones, and swallow the internal organs. They eat until they are completely satisfied, the guests become peaceful and our karmic debts of past and future lives are repaid.
With the curved knife in my right hand, I liberate the Maras of my aggregates.
YÉ DRI GUG GI PUNG PÖ DU PO DREL
I cut off the head of my Mara of pride. On top of the Mara’s skin,

Both the red and white festive offerings are limitless in number, so that no matter how many guests come or how big their appetites are, they are sufficient, and they are infinite, allowing transforming to what the guests desire. In the end, we feel that everything we have offered has satisfied all the wishes of the many guests.
Now that the gods and demons are completely contented and reassured, we present to them the Gift of the Dharma and urge them to do no further harm to others and instead take refuge and develop the mind of enlightenment or Bodhichitta.
Gods and demons who dwell in the great secret places,
NÉ SANG CHEN ZHING KHÖ LHAN DRÉ NAM
Abandon forever the mind of harming others!
