Meditation Beginners Course

This is a 10 week Meditation Course. You will be systematically guided to the Meditation. You will learn different Meditation techniques, get background knowledge and will also be instructed in mindfulness, positive thinking and spirituality in everyday life.

For every week there is

 

  • 1 Course Video with a theory part and a detailed explanation of the Meditation
  • 1 Long Practice Video for daily practice
  • 1 Short Meditation Practice Video if you have less time (10-20 minutes)

 

So you can really practice Meditation systematically. Please note: The videos are named with numbers and letters: The number indicates the week of the course, the letter the type of the video:

 

  • A means Course Lesson,
  • B means Long Practice Video,
  • C means Short Practice Video.
