So this is the first thing today, the discovery of the dance of stillness. As I speak now, I want all of you to feel quiet, to bring awareness, to bring awareness into your body, to be aware of the stillness in your body. In that stillness, you might feel some rigidity or stiffness in some way, but if you are aware of it, if you try to allow it to go, you breathe it out and rest deeper. Then there is a sense of movement in this stillness, therefore there is a sense of dance.
