Part 12 — Find the melody of silence

The reason why we are talking about this here is, that in the beginning a little bit of control are okay. A little effort is fine, but eventually the meditation goes deeper and deeper and less effort is needed. Your feel less and less stiff and always freer, you feel more and more relaxed and feel more and more a feeling of flow and freedom. These experiences are very important.
