Astral Projection Hypnosis with NEW Techniques

to Exit the Physical Body Tonight

 

Whether you are new to astral projection or have been practicing a while, I have created my own methods to increase the success with an OBE and designed this session specifically to address and remove all the common blocks that typically impede a successful exit from the physical body or shorten the astral experience.

You then practice with your hands to sense your own magnetic energy.

This is then utilized to create a magnetic force that pulls you safely into place wherever you are sitting or lying down. The imagery also discourages the conscious mind from sending interruptions (itches, twitches etc.) as you slow down and dive into theta state.

I have developed hypnosis methods to calm the physical body, as the conscious mind can interfere and introduce twitching, itching, excessive saliva and the need to swallow (comment below if you have noticed that).

This is all because the conscious mind likes to be in control. So I have created new techniques based both on listener feedback and my own experience.

Remember that with any spiritual practice, regularity of practice is essential, journalling and reviewing your feedback too, and a ritual at the start and end of any experience is a must. You will learn from your failings as well as your successes.
