As we did before with the Ajna or Brow Chakra, we now do the same exercises here with the Muladhara or Root Chakra, only instead of pushing this forward etc., we push it up or diagonally upwards in multiple directions. So let's start again with the Fourth Dimensional Chakras.
Start the video above first, then the MP3 below, and immediately settle into a comfortable position to enjoy it all.
First, visualize your Root Chakra (red) on your feet. It's usually at the bottom of the perineum between the anus and the genitals, but imagine it on the feet.
From there, bring that red chakra up into the Root Chakra. There it becomes the 9th chakra of the base (pearl white).
Then continue by visualizing your Sacral Chakra (orange) not in the lower abdomen but at the ankles.
From there, bring that orange chakra back up into the lower abdomen. There it becomes the 10th chakra (pink-orange).
Now imagine your Solar Plexus Chakra (yellow) in your calves. Now bring this up into your Solar Plexus Chakra. There it becomes the 11th Chakra (gold).
The Heart Chakra (green) is now in your knees. Now bring this back into your heart. There it becomes the 12th Chakra (pale purple-pink).
Bring the Throat Chakra (turquoise), just above the knees, back into the Throat Chakra. There it becomes the 13th Chakra (blue-purple).
Your Third Eye or Brow Chakra (indigo) is on your thighs. Bring this back into the Brow Chakra. There it becomes the 14th Chakra (golden-white).
Your Crown Chakra (purple) is now at the top of your legs. This is brought back into the Crown Chakra where it becomes the 15th Chakra (white-purple).
The 8th Chakra (blue-white) does not need to be brought. It's now just like that at the Center of your Crown (just above the top of your head.
You can now sit quietly and radiate the new high-vibration colors. Then finish the meditation by closing your chakras.
