Bring the 23th Chakra (silver-pink) of the 6th Dimension to the Root Chakra of the 7th Dimension. Its color is now gold cream. Push this 30th Chakra 60 cm in several directions. Keep your focus on these passages as you let the music wash over you.

Instead of music, you can use the affirmation I AM Grounded in Love as a mantra while continuing to focus on these chakras.
