Bring the 25th Chakra (silver-gold) of the 6th Dimension to the Solar Plexus Chakra of the 7th Dimension. Its color is now Gold Pale Ruby. Push this 32nd Chakra 60 cm in several directions. Keep your focus on these passages as you let the music wash over you.

Instead of music, you can use the affirmation I AM Cosmic Wisdom as a mantra while continuing to focus on these Chakras.
