Hey, y'all! Welcome to DAY TWENTY-FIVE of the NEW YEAR NEW YOGI CHALLENGE. This challenge is 31 days of yoga with me, Nico, meant to encourage a beneficial everyday practice. Today's video is a 20 minute HEAT BUILDING FLOW. We'll be doing a few challenging poses to WARM THINGS UP for this practice. Be sure to listen to your body throughout ANY yoga practice, take your time & do what you can. If something is painful or doesn't feel right, safely come out of the pose & rest.
