Hey, y'all! Welcome to DAY TWENTY-SEVEN of the NEW YEAR NEW YOGI CHALLENGE. This challenge is 31 days of yoga with me, Nico, meant to encourage a beneficial everyday practice. Today's video is a 20 minute REST & RESTORE practice. This practice is a YIN YOGA practice, so we'll be doing just a few poses & holding them from 1-3 minutes. Be sure to listen to your body throughout ANY yoga practice, take your time & do what you can. If something is painful or doesn't feel right, safely come out of the pose & rest.
