Hey, y'all! Welcome to DAY THIRTY of the NEW YEAR NEW YOGI CHALLENGE. This challenge is 31 days of yoga with me, Nico, meant to encourage a beneficial everyday practice. Today's video is a 20 minute SELF-LOVE practice. We'll be doing poses to open the heart & hips (for emotional release) & we end with some self-love affirmations. Be sure to listen to your body throughout ANY yoga practice, take your time & do what you can. If something is painful or doesn't feel right, safely come out of the pose & rest.
