From the preparations to the actual meditation

This is a big part of Buddhism, all the preparatory exercises and all the tantras. Here you could easily study twenty years, even if you actually do not need a degree. Much more important than the whole intellectual approach is the practice. Over time, through practice you will find what you should still learn, you will learn and recognize how the Dharma and all of Buddhism work. You will realize how fantastic, helpful and beautiful this can be.
