Rushans

There are three types of Rushan exercises: external, internal and secret. Here is a general explanation for this.

The Rushans are, so to speak, further preparatory practices, especially for Dzogchen. They are not the kind to do 100,000 repetitions, but the practitioner should feel how much of each meditation it takes to understand and be satisfied with it.
