From here your uniqueness and originality gets expressed and manifested in our physical reality. You know what you want out of life and you are not afraid to ask for it, and what you ask for always seems to come to you with no, or little effort on your part!

Your Throat chakra holds the blueprint for self expression, honesty, creativity and truth. It means living your life free to express your ideas and thoughts with no need to defend them if someone else don´t agree with you… Because you accept and respect that every being are unique.

When using the following affirmations and visualizations, sit or lie down in a quiet place and focus on the location on your heart or imagine the color blue in your minds eye.
