Exercise 2: Fifth Dimension (Ajna Chakra)

One could continue the exercise from the 4th Dimension here, bringing the new colors created in the exercise back down and then up in colors of the 5th Dimension, if possible in the directions and at a greater distance.

However, I just want to work a little more specifically with Ajna Chakra here.

Start the video above first, then the MP3 below, and immediately settle into a comfortable position to enjoy it all.

Bring the 4th dimensional 14th Chakra (golden-white) back down into your calves. And from there back up into your third eye. Its color is now crystal clear. Shift this 21st Chakra 20 cm forward (or / and 20 back / sides). Hold your concentration on this / those spots while you let the music play over you.

Instead of music, you can use the affirmation I AM THAT I AM as a mantra while continuing to focus on the 21st Chakra.

Then finish the meditation by closing your chakras.
