Day 6 Full Moon in Cancer

Hey, ya'll! Welcome to DAY SIX of the NEW YEAR, NEW YOGI CHALLENGE. This challenge is 31 days of yoga with me, Nico, meant to encourage a beneficial everyday practice. Today's video is a 20 minute FULL MOON IN CANCER YOGA practice. This moon is said to be an emotional moon, & a time for romance & relationships. That being said we'll be doing poses that open our Heart Chakra to create space for love & our Sacral Chakra to help balance our emotions. We end in meditation with some affirmations as well. Be sure to listen to your body throughout ANY yoga practice. If something is painful or doesn't feel right, safely come out of the pose & rest.
