Hey, ya'll! Welcome to DAY NINE of the NEW YEAR, NEW YOGI CHALLENGE. This challenge is 31 days of yoga with me, Nico, meant to encourage a beneficial everyday practice. Today's video is a 20 minute SELF-CARE YOGA practice. During this practice we will move through a mellow sequence in which we focus on decreasing stress through the Ujjayi Breath & flexibility based poses. We end with some affirmations. Be sure to listen to your body throughout ANY yoga practice. If something is painful or doesn't feel right, safely come out of the pose & rest.
