Hey, y'all! Welcome to DAY ELEVEN of the NEW YEAR NEW YOGI CHALLENGE. This challenge is 31 days of yoga with me, Nico, meant to encourage a beneficial everyday practice. Today's video is a 20 minute BEGINNER'S VINYASA FLOW practice. The poses are fairly simple, so this practice should be accessible for most people. Be sure to listen to your body throughout ANY yoga practice. Modify in whatever ways you need to. If something is painful or doesn't feel right, safely come out of the pose & rest.
