Hey, y'all! Welcome to DAY THIRTEEN of the NEW YEAR NEW YOGI CHALLENGE. This challenge is 31 days of yoga with me, Nico, meant to encourage a beneficial everyday practice. Today's video is a 20 minute STRESS & ANXIETY RELIEF practice. For this practice, we move through a gentle flow & utilize our Ujjayi Breath to help us be relaxed. We also do a good amount of hip opening to help us release any stuck emotions. Be sure to listen to your body throughout ANY yoga practice. Modify in whatever ways you need to. If something is painful or doesn't feel right, safely come out of the pose & rest.
