Day 15 Yoga Balances Practice

Hey, y'all! Welcome to DAY FIFTEEN of the NEW YEAR NEW YOGI CHALLENGE. This challenge is 31 days of yoga with me, Nico, meant to encourage a beneficial everyday practice. Today's video is a 20 minute FOCUS & BALANCE practice. During this practice we move through poses that involve balancing to help strengthen our focus, concentration, & balance. Be sure to listen to your body throughout ANY yoga practice. Modify in whatever ways you need to. If something is painful or doesn't feel right, safely come out of the pose & rest.
