Hey, y'all! Welcome to DAY NINETEEN of the NEW YEAR NEW YOGI CHALLENGE. This challenge is 31 days of yoga with me, Nico, meant to encourage a beneficial everyday practice. Today's video is a 20 minute CENTERING & GROUNDING YOGA practice in hopes to press the reset button on your mind & body. The last couple practices have been slightly more challenging, so we are re-grounding ourselves & remembering our intentions around the challenge. If something is painful or doesn't feel right, safely come out of the pose & rest.
