The Short Practice Video of the fifth and last week of the five-week Yoga Vidya Breathing Course for Beginners, Pranayama 1. Sukadev and Ananta guide you to two rounds of Kapalabhati (Rapid Breathing) and a few rounds of Alternate Breathing in the Rhythm of 4 : 16 : 8, that means inhale 4 seconds, holding 16 seconds, exhale 8 seconds.

This Pranayama Session is also suitable for the long term — you can practice these exercises daily and thus recharge yourself quickly and very effectively with a lot of strength, zest for life and energy.
