30 Day MORNING YOGA Challenge

Hello everyone, I'm so excited to finally announce my latest 30 day challenge.

I call this «Flexible Body Flexible Mind Yoga Challenge» and the goal is to get you to stretch ON and NEXT to the mat. You will receive two videos from me every day during this challenge. The first will be a 10-minute stretchy morning yoga class for a Flexible Body. The second is a simple Daily Challenge that will help you get out of your comfort zone and develop a Flexible Mind.

The yoga classes are suitable for all experience levels and require no equipment. These are processes based on flexibility, followed by daily challenges that do not require a lot of time or resources to overcome.

I worked so hard on this challenge and I'm really proud of the end result. I hope you'll join!
