After the meditation above or as a separate meditation, you can meditate on the seed syllable LAM of the Root Chakra here. You can also search for LAM on YouTube and instead do another LAM meditation where your focus is on the syllable LAM in the Mooladhara or Root Chakra.
There are two meditations here. At the beginning you can do the first one, then later the shorter second one.
