Hey, ya'll! Welcome to DAY FOUR of the NEW YEAR, NEW YOGI CHALLENGE. This challenge is 31 days of yoga with me, Nico, meant to encourage a beneficial everyday practice. Today's video is a 20 minute INNER PEACE YIN YOGA practice where we will be holding poses from 1-3 minutes to help deepen our stretch & relax the body & mind. Be sure to listen to your body throughout ANY yoga practice. If something is painful or doesn't feel right, safely come out of the pose & rest.
